I.A.T.A Compliant Diagnostic Sample Mailing Kits & their component parts.

In this category we sell a range of I.A.T.A.and P630 compliant packaging for the safe mailing of Category B diagnostic samples in the post (by road mail and by air mail transportation).

Although this category is still under construction we currently have on sale in this category a range of mail packaging kits for the safe posting of Urine, Faeces and Blood samples in the post.

These mail packaging kits comprise of the following component parts:-

1. Screw cap sample tube/s for mailing urine, faeces or blood samples in the post.

2. Snap shut, plastic blister packs (clampshell shaped) which houses the sample tube inside with snug insert format and built in liquid absorbency that will absorb any liquid leakage in the post while offering protective sample tube 2ndry rigid packaging (the primary rigidity being the plastic sample tubes).

3. Sealable safety bag with doucument pouch marked "Biohazard" in bright red text on yellow background for road mail transportation or a sealable 95kPa air pressure resistant safety bag marked "BIOHAZARD" with a document pouch for safe air mail transportation.

4. Self sealing strong non-tearable lightweight plastic mailing bag printed UN3373, Biological Substance HANDLE WITH CARE with a "To" address section on the front and a "From" and "Contents" section on the back of the envelope.

To accomodate the different numbers of sample tube for mailing we offer a range of plastic blisters that can house - 1 tube, 2 tube, 3 tube or multi-tube for mixed samples.

Coming Soon!!! we will also be selling in this category the individual kit component parts. This will allow you to mix and match to create your own P650 packaging mailing kits. Component parts will include:-

1. Indiviual screw cap sample tubes - blood, urine, faeces, tissue, bone and swabs, biopsy.

2. Clampshell shaped plastic blisters with built in absorbency - 1 tube, 2 tube, 3 tube, 6 tube, multi-tube, swabs.

3. Self sealable safety bags marked "BIOHAZARD" with document pouch - for road mail usage.

4. Self sealable 95kPa compliant safety bags marked "BIOHAZARD! with document pouch - for air mail usage.

3. Absorbency wrap arround sheets and pouches for inserting sample tubes in.

4. Strong plastic lightweight 95kPa screw capped canisters for sample tube mail transportation by airmail.

5. Strong plastic lightweight 95kPa screw capped canisters for petri dish mail transportation by road or air mail.

6. UN3373 printed strong cardboard mail boxes - range of sizes available including post box sizes.

7. Self sealing, lightweight, strong printed UN3373 strong plastic envelopes.
