1. Your Reynard Shampoo Cap states on the instructions that it can be pre warmed by placing it in a microwave for 20 seconds. Do you microwave the cap in its supplied packaging or remove it from the sealed package to microwave?

Answer: It is recommended that you microwave the shampoo cap while it is still in its sealed packaging. If you have not got access to a microwave you can pre warm the packaged shampoo cap in a bowl of hot water.

2. Do you include instructions on how to use the P-Bag products?

Answer: Yes a diagrammatic instruction leaflet is enclosed with every P-Bag order. This can be photocopied and distributed as necessary.

3. Do you accept NHS Purchase order numbers over the phone?

Answer: Sorry we cannot accept verbal NHS Purchase orders because of the risk of transcription error. All NHS Purchase orders and associated numbers need to be sent to us in writting by email, fax or mail.

4. Can you offer standing order contracts and if so do you offer the goods at discounted prices?

Answer: Yes we are happy to accept annual standing orders where the goods supplied are guaranteed to not change in price throughout the contract period. The goods supplied are offered at an agreed discount. Discounts vary  according to product type ordered. For price quotation & terms please email us your requirements to us.

5. How are your goods despatched?

Answer: For small parcel deliveries we use the GPO and for larger parcels we use parcel2go.com where we can track your parcel online. Delivery charges for GPO small parcels are based on weight and parcel2go are based on a fixed price agreement so long as the parcel does not exceed 25kg in weight. Different rates apply according to speed of delivery which is in 3 bandings – next day delivery, 24-48 hrs delivery and 2 to 3 days delivery. All our products are despatched in discreet packaging with an attached delivery note with reference to content and order number.

6. Do you supply overseas?

Answer: Yes so long as the buyer is happy to pay the extra delivery charges. For international small item deliveries we use air freight for speed and reliability. For bulk ordering we ship by container.
