Medical Records Labels

A selection of self adhesive thermal transfer printed Medical Record labels. These labels are availble in a range of sizes and colours and can at no extra cost be printed to your design and specification.

To request a change in text print simply email your print requirements to us at coverthem@coverthem.co.uk we will immediately acknowledge the receipt of your request with a print design reference number. We will design, print and email you back a proof label for your approval.

To order and pay by telephone please phone us on 02392 571612 and pay by debit/credit card or Corporate purchase card using our secure payatrader payment system that automatically confirms your order and payment by immediately emailing you a receipt.
